Shipping
Every BeakThread item is printed for you after you place your order. That is why we are never out of stock, and also why it takes a little longer than a warehouse shipment.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order, to every destination we ship to. No minimum, no codes.
Delivery time
- Production: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
In total, expect your order in about one to two weeks. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons such as November and December, production can take a couple of days longer.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and all EU countries. Orders are produced at the print facility closest to you, so most orders ship domestically or from within your region.
Customs and import duties
Orders delivered within the EU, US, UK, Canada and Australia are normally produced regionally and do not incur customs charges. In the rare case your order ships from another region, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also look up your order any time on the Track Order page.
Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email hello@beakthread.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before production starts.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived after 3 business days, contact us and we will sort it out with a replacement or refund.
