Every BeakThread item is printed for you after you place your order. Please allow time for both production and delivery.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order, to every destination we ship to. No minimum, no codes.
Delivery time
- Production: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 6 to 13 business days from order
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons such as November and December, production can take a couple of days longer.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and all EU countries. Orders are printed and fulfilled by production partners. The printing location depends on the product, destination and partner availability. Garment manufacturing and printing may take place in different countries.
Customs and import duties
If an order is shipped across a customs border, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also look up your order any time on the Track Order page.
Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email hello@beakthread.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before production starts.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived after 3 business days, contact us and we will sort it out with a replacement or refund.
