These terms apply to all purchases made at beakthread.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Seller

2. Products

All products are printed to order. Product images are mockups and the actual print may differ slightly in color and placement due to the printing process and your screen settings. Sizes are listed in the size chart on each product page.

3. Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We do not store card details.

5. Delivery

Production takes 1 to 3 business days and shipping 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped across borders are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. For EU consumers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications. Statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this website are the property of BeakThread and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product gives you the right to use and enjoy that physical product, not to reproduce the artwork.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes will be resolved in the district court of the seller’s domicile in Finland, or, for consumers, in the court of their own domicile where the law so provides. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr, and Finnish consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
