Every item is printed for you after you order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days, then shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 6 to 13 business days from order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Peak periods can take longer.

Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and across the EU. Orders shipped across a customs border may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status any time on the Track Order page with your order number and email.

Because we start printing quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering. Email us right away at hello@beakthread.com with your order number and we will do our best.

Check with neighbors and your local post office first, as packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. If it does not turn up within 3 business days, contact us and we will help.

Our t-shirts are a unisex classic fit and run true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser look, size up. Use the Size guide button on the product page to compare garment measurements in inches or centimeters before ordering.

T-shirts are 100% cotton. Materials for other products are listed in the Material section on each product page.

Each shirt is printed after you order it. The collection features bird illustrations and bird-themed humor, with the design shown on each product page.

Machine wash cold (max 30C / 90F), non-chlorine bleach only if needed, tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly on the print and do not dry clean. Washing inside out keeps the print looking good longer.

Because every item is printed to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.

Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@beakthread.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you, no need to ship anything back.
