Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to get my order?
Every item is printed for you after you order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days, then shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. So plan on roughly one to two weeks from click to doorstep.
How much is shipping?
Free. Every order, every destination we ship to.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and across the EU. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status any time on the Track Order page with your order number and email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start printing quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering. Email us right away at hello@beakthread.com with your order number and we will do our best.
My order shows as delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbors and your local post office first, as packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. If it does not turn up within 3 business days, contact us and we will help.
Products & Sizing
How do the shirts fit?
Our t-shirts are a unisex classic fit and run true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser look, size up. Every product page has a size chart in the image gallery with exact measurements.
What are the shirts made of?
T-shirts are 100% cotton. Materials for other products are listed in the Material section on each product page.
How are the products made?
Every item is printed to order using direct-to-garment printing, which means no warehouse full of unsold shirts and no waste. Our designs are original artwork made by us.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold (max 30C / 90F), non-chlorine bleach only if needed, tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly on the print and do not dry clean. Washing inside out keeps the print looking good longer.
Will you make a shirt with my favorite bird?
Maybe. Tell us which bird at hello@beakthread.com. Popular requests have a habit of showing up in the store.
Returns & Problems
What is your return policy?
Because every item is printed to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
My order arrived damaged or with a printing error. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@beakthread.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you, no need to ship anything back.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately not, since each item is made to order. Double check the size chart on the product page before you buy, and if you are unsure, email us before ordering and we will help you pick.
