Returns & Refunds

Short version: we cannot take returns for change of mind or wrong size because every item is made to order, but if anything is wrong with your order, we will fix it.

Made-to-order products

Every BeakThread product is printed individually after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for a buyer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind or not liking the fit. Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, email us before you buy and we will help.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered (wrong design, size or color compared to your order confirmation), we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

To make a claim:

  1. Email hello@beakthread.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We will confirm and send a replacement or refund within 2 business days. You do not need to ship the item back.

Lost in transit

If your order is lost in transit (no tracking update for 10 business days, or marked delivered but not received after 3 business days), contact us and we will send a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that the order is in production and can no longer be cancelled.

EU customers

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications, which includes items printed to order. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.
